The machine parts made of welded sheet steel are bolted together in a modular system to form a unit. The beaters are made of wear-resistant steel and are easily replaceable. The main bearing is mounted on the housing cover, outside the product flow and dust zone. The thrust bearing is dust-protected from above by a bell-shaped cover, from below by lip seals as well as temperature monitored.
A microprocessor controls the opening of the discharge gate and thus the processing intensity, based on the power consumption of the main motor. The vertical position of the machine ensures good volume utilisation, high efficiency and low wear. At the end of each load, the machine empties itself completely and prepares for the next load with a closed discharge gate.
