The steamer is an excellently insulated, stainless steel construction. The modular design allows adaptations to production and local specifications.
The steamer consists of an inlet, steam injection and dwell zone. The steam is distributed horizontally over the entire product by two stainless, insulated columns. The discharge system, controlled by an empty level indicator, is pneumatically driven. This ensures controlled lowering of the product column and thus uniform steaming of the product. At the completion of the batch, the steamer is dried again by the steam extractor integrated in the infeed zone.
