WIRTECH counts on years of experience with pneumatic transport systems with a length of far over 100 metres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pneumatic transports are mainly used for non-adhesive, floury or granular products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suction and pressure pneumatics must be carefully calculated and designed. Conveying length and conveying capacity are very dependent on the product and line routes (horizontal, vertical distances, number of bends, etc.). For this reason, no generally applicable information can be provided in this respect. In general, however, it can be said that pneumatic transport can cover large distances with little space requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The air is separated from the product, allowing the latter to be stored temporarily or transported further with mechanical conveying elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Silo cells<\/strong><\/strong>
Both product and air are blown directly into the storage room. The air is sucked out of the silo by fans and cleaned by a filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incinerator<\/strong><\/strong>
Direct injection into the combustion chamber. In addition to the product, the air (oxygen) also provides heating energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
